14-Day Refund Policy

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
    • Items that arrive faulty or damaged are also eligible for a return or exchange.

    • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
    • Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty upon arrival.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact Us First:

  2. Return Authorization:

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is safely delivered.
  4. Inspection & Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

We may request photos of the damage to process your claim. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.
